Yes. If you need us to communicate via Whatsapp, please let us know in the customer notes section of the booking form.

your driver will meet you inside the terminal with a sign displaying your name and will help you with your luggage.

Our assigned driver will monitor your flight status. If your flight is delayed, we will arrange a driver upon arrival. There are no extra charges for delayed flights. In the rare case when a flight is severely delayed or canceled, we will do our best to accommodate the change

We require at least 3 hours cancelation notice by email or by whatsapp chat prior to your pick-up time. So our drivers can be scheduled to another ride. There is no cancellation fee.

Yes. The extra fee will depend on a number of stops and miles.

Yes we do provide and it is totally free. Please mention the children’s ages in the comment section while placing the booking.

Yes, small pets are allowed. It is important to let us know if you will be traveling with a pet so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

It is highly recommended to leave your hotel/ appartement at least 3 hours before a flight.

Booking Policy

To book Your transfer, You need to provide Us with some information such as Your personal details and contact points (email - mobile), the Pick Up place, date and time, Your place of destination, flight number in case You arrive by plane, ( or train number ) so We can make arrangements in Your favor in case there is a delay, the number of passengers and their pieces of luggage in order to arrange for the right Vehicle to pick You up, and also Your payment information. You have to accept Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

When a booking transfer is placed with Us, You will receive a confirmation email of receipt of Your booking transfer and We will provide You with Your Booking number and the meeting point at the Pickup place.

In case of any error made while placing the booking you can inform us by email or WhatsApp chat the modification to be made then we can forward a modified confirmation.

All payment are to be made to the driver directly once you reach the destination point. ( cash or card ). If you are unable to pay by cash please let us know in the comment section that the payment will only be made by card.

Terms of Cancellation :

You have the right to cancel a Transfer already booked through Us, at any time by contacting the Company either by email or WhatsApp chat ( please provide us the booking ID, your name and transfer date when cancelling ) The cancellation are totally free of charge.
